One on one services provides athletes with the resources to give them an edge by strengthening their ability to perform consistently while building mental toughness.

Why Athlete’s Edge?

Jen’s approach is a combination of recognizing the presence of the “old school” approach in athletics while providing the positive support approach to help high performing athletes be effective, consistent, and well rounded when in situations where the pressures placed on them are not always ideal. This adaptation of “Life’s tough, get a helmet” supports athletes in being able to thrive in the tough areas of sport while using their skills learned in sessions as their helmet to continue moving forward to reach their goals and peak performance.

Sessions focus on changing behavior patterns, managing high pressure moments, and optimizing mental performance. All of this is individualized based on the athlete’s needs. Athletes are provided with tools backed by research to give them the mental edge to be effective in their sport.
